SUMMARY:HOLA Professional Development Series
DESCRIPTION:Since its foundation in 2002 as a nonprofit organization\, HOLA has been dedicated to fostering appreciation for cultural diversity and promoting the successful inclusion of Latinos in the community. In collaboration with Ivy Tech Community College\, the University of Evansville\, the University of Southern Indiana and the Evansville Regional Economic Partnership (E-REP)\, we developed a comprehensive leadership series aimed at achieving the following outcome: To equip participants with advanced professional development training that enhances their skills\,\nexpands their knowledge\, and sharpens their strategic thinking. This training empowers participants to navigate complex challenges\, make meaningful contributions\, and foster a culture of innovation\, belonging\, and continuous growth within their workplaces\, communities\, and organizations. \nThe Fourth Cohort will start at Ivy Tech Community College on August 1st\, 2025. \nNote: These six one-day sessions will be held over a year\, rotating between Ivy Tech Community College\, University of Evansville\, and University of Southern Indiana. Light breakfast\, lunch and materials included. \nRegistration Deadline: 7/15/2025

DESCRIPTION:This is a 4-part virtual workshop series with the ability to participate in the training subjects that interest you and your organization. Participants will learn the 4 components of a data-informed organization\, learning how to set up processes and structure\, as well as the why behind using the data as an asset for program improvement\, and external strategies shaping next steps instead of simply an obligation of compliance. Best practice approaches will be shared\, gaining templates\, and resources for practical use. \nEVALUATION 101 will review key competencies and elements to introduce participants to evaluation concepts. This training will be presented by Transform Consulting Group.
