DESCRIPTION:Leadership Everyone’s Community Leadership Program is a three-day intensive program (with a half-day follow-up session) in which a diverse group of community members come together to discover their individual strengths\, learn new skills\, gain diverse perspectives\, and create a vision for our community’s future. Knowledge and experience gained during the program are then applied in the attendees’ personal and professional lives. Graduates of the program are actively and continuously engaged with a network of other alumni and community members and organizations\, using their strengths and passions to create community change.
