DESCRIPTION:Leaders play a critical role in ensuring that change is successfully implemented. This workshop will equip leaders with practical tools to understand the human side of change\, communicate effectively\, and strengthen team alignment with changes. \nBy the end of this workshop\, participants will be able to: \n\nIdentify common reactions to change and the factors that drive resistance\nApply practical frameworks for leading teams through changes\nCommunicate change with greater confidence\, clarity\, and purpose\nStrengthen team engagement and support employees throughout the change process\n\nDr. Timothy A. (Tad) Dickel serves as the Executive in Residence in Leadership and the Faculty Director of the Master of Science in Leadership program at the University of Evansville. In addition\, he is the President of T.A. Dickel Group\, LLC and serves as a leadership and strategy consultant for businesses\, universities\, and nonprofits.
