DESCRIPTION:Leadership coaching is an effective approach to develop employees through customized development plans\, setting expectations\, providing regular feedback\, and having one on one conversations. The goal of this program is to apply a coaching approach to leadership that will build up the capacity of managers and supervisors to improve the performance of their direct reports. \nThis series begins on March 17\, 2026\, and meets again on March 31\, April 7\, and April 21. \nSESSION 1: \n\nIntroduction to leadership theory\nCharacteristics of effective leaders\nWhat is coaching? What is not coaching?\n\nSESSION 2: \n\nIntroduction to behavioral change\nHow leaders can help change behaviors\n\nSESSION 3: \n\nApplying effective leadership and behavioral change to coaching\nFramework for leadership coaching\n\nSESSION 4: \n\nApplication of leadership coaching\nProviding effective feedback\nTools for leadership coaching\n\nA 10% discount is available to organizations sending six or more participants.
