DESCRIPTION:This is a 4-part virtual workshop series with the ability to participate in the training subjects that interest you and your organization. Participants will learn the 4 components of a data-informed organization\, learning how to set up processes and structure\, as well as the why behind using the data as an asset for program improvement\, and external strategies shaping next steps instead of simply an obligation of compliance. Best practice approaches will be shared\, gaining templates\, and resources for practical use. \nEVALUATION 101 will review key competencies and elements to introduce participants to evaluation concepts.
