This interactive workshop will help you strengthen your critical thinking skills so you can make more informed\, confident decisions when facing complex challenges. \nParticipants will learn how to recognize the cognitive biases that can influence judgment\, use a practical framework to uncover the root cause of workplace problems\, and apply proven techniques to evaluate situations more effectively.
