Who is Credly?
Credly is a trusted platform for issuing and managing digital credentials. They partner with leading organizations to provide verified, shareable badges that recognize skills and achievements.
What are the benefits of a receiving a badge?
A digital badge is a simple, credible way to showcase what you’ve learned. It gives you a verified way to share your skills with employers, colleagues, and your network—highlighting not just what you completed, but what you’re capable of.
What does my badge represent?
Your badge represents the specific skills and knowledge you gained through a Grow training. Each badge includes details about what you learned and what was required to earn it.
Who recognizes these badges?
Digital badges are widely recognized by employers, organizations, and professional networks as a trusted way to demonstrate skills. Because Credly badges are verified, they provide meaningful evidence of your learning.
How will I know if I’ve earned a badge?
You’ll receive an email from Credly ([email protected]) with instructions to claim your badge and set up your account.
How do I claim my badge?
Simply follow the link in your Credly email to create an account (if needed) and accept your badge. Once claimed, you can start sharing it right away.
How long does it take to receive my badge?
Badges are typically issued within a few days after you successfully complete a Grow training. You’ll be notified by email as soon as it’s available.
Where and how can I share my badge?
You can easily share your badge from Credly to LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook, or include it in your email signature, resume, or personal website.
Can I download my badge?
Yes. Credly allows you to download your badge or share it through a secure link that verifies your achievement.
What if I don’t want my badge to be public or accept the badge?
You’re in control of your privacy. Credly allows you to adjust your settings so you can choose what information is visible to others. Additionally, you do not have to accept the badge or request to not be included in the badge send out.
Is there a fee to use Credly or accept my earned badge?
No. This is a service provided to you at no cost.
What if I didn’t receive my badge email?
Check your spam or junk folder for an email from Credly ([email protected]). If you still don’t see it, reach out to the Grow team for support.
Can I update my name or email on my badge?
Yes. You can update your information directly in your Credly account to ensure your badges reflect your current details. We recommend you use your personal email address to create your Credly profile (or as a secondary email address) to ensure your credentials are accessible, no matter your organization.
Can I earn more than one badge?
Yes. You can earn a badge for each eligible Grow training you complete, building a collection that reflects your continued learning.
