About Resilience in Children:
Resilience in children looks like their ability to cope with and bounce back from difficulties, both big and small. It involves learning to adapt to challenges, use healthy coping skills, and maintain well-being even in the face of adversity.
Resiliency is a skill that can be developed and strengthened over time.
