This hands-on workshop will equip not-for-profit professionals of any experience level to:

  • Assess and strengthen their organization’s readiness for competitive grantseeking

  • Improve their understanding of the mechanics of proposal writing and preparation

  • Strategize effective ways to build a sustainable pipeline of grants revenue

Additionally, emerging Al tools will be addressed and discussed.

The title of the workshop aligns with a core spiritual principle articulated in Andy Crouch’s book Strong & Weak, namely, that true human flourishing requires the paradoxical combination of high authority and high vulnerability.

Who should attend?

Individuals of with any level of grant seeking or grant writing experience, including new to the field that are looking to build their capacity for grant seeking, grant writing, and overall granting knowledge.

About the Instructor:

Instructor Judith Kunst, President and CEO of TRQ Solutions, has a proven track record of creating highly competitive proposals. As the inaugural Grants Manager for Youth First, Inc. from 2018-2023, she served as the lead writer and project manager for over $6.5 million in grant awards. Since launching TRQ Solutions, proposals written and strategized by Judith have generated over $7.3 million in funding for a diverse portfolio of clients including Albion Fellows Bacon Center, Evansville Rescue Mission, Professional Organization of Women in the Arts, Catholic Charities of Chicago, and more. A skilled and engaging facilitator, Judith has presented workshops and lectures for the Evansville Area Fundraisers Council, The Nonprofit Academy, and the Evansville-Vanderburgh Public Library.
