Stanford Law School’s Nonprofit Corporations Form and Sample Documents site is a free library of sample legal documents and practical tools created for lawyers, law clinics, and others working with nonprofit organizations. It includes resources covering nonprofit governance, contracts, fiscal sponsorship, fundraising, grants, collaborations, waivers, policies, and other common operational and legal needs. The collection is best used as a reference and starting point rather than ready-to-use legal advice, and Stanford notes that the materials are no longer being updated as of October 1, 2024.
