Description: Leaders who build strong teams are able to accomplish much more than they can on their own. This workshop will help attendees understand how they can develop more effective teams by defining the purpose, setting goals and expectations, communicating, and working through challenges. Lunch is provided.
Dr. Timothy A. (Tad) Dickel serves as the Executive in Residence in Leadership and the Faculty Director of the Master of Science in Leadership program at the University of Evansville. In addition, he is the President of T.A. Dickel Group, LLC and serves as a leadership and strategy consultant for businesses, universities, and nonprofits.
