Participants will have the confidence to use SAVI and to provide limited technical assistance to others on the mechanics of SAVI, as well as the basics of data literacy, pitfalls, sense-making, storytelling, and informed decision-making.
The EAFC meets the second Wednesday of January, February, March, April, May, September, October, November & December.
Participants will learn the 4 components of a data-informed organization, learning how to set up processes and structure, as well as the why behind using the data as an asset for program improvement, and external strategies shaping next steps instead of simply an obligation of compliance.
Learn how to listen with intention, gather feedback in a way that does not burden your nonprofit partners, share how you acted on feedback, and how to use tools that will provide insights into how you can improve your work.
