With career coaching and navigation being a major initiative across schools in Indiana, Indiana Career Explorer (INCE) can assist in promoting exploration into various training, education, and career opportunities. INCE was created and is managed by the Indiana Department of Workforce Development, powered by Futures, Inc., and is a FREE resource for all schools in the state of Indiana to use as it assists students in exploring various careers and industries based off their interests, skills, and values. It also provides insight into high-demand career pathways, allowing students to align their education with careers they intend to pursue.
The Leadership Everyone Community Leadership Program is a 3-consecutive-day and 2-night retreat experience at the beautiful Barn Abbey in New Harmony, Indiana. The LE calendar offers you options with multiple sessions a year. Choose the session most convenient for you.
This series participation includes two members (board president or designated board member and ED), partner through this cohort-based learning experience, building communication effectiveness and implementation strength. In Sustain Abilities, the focus is on more engaged boards, building board culture, deeper donor relationships, with a financial plan developed by the end of the program, working toward long-term sustainability.
