(Tad) Dickel serves as the Executive in Residence in Leadership and the Faculty Director of the Master of Science in Leadership program at the University of Evansville. By the end of this workshop, participants will be able to: Identify common reactions to change and the factors that drive resistance Apply practical frameworks for leading teams through changes Communicate change with greater confidence, clarity, and purpose Strengthen team engagement and support employees throughout the change process Dr. Timothy A.
