HOLA Professional Development Series
Since its foundation in 2002 as a nonprofit organization, HOLA has been dedicated to fostering appreciation for cultural diversity and promoting the successful inclusion of Latinos in the community. In collaboration with Ivy Tech Community College, the University of Evansville, the University of Southern Indiana and the Evansville Regional Economic Partnership (E-REP), we developed a comprehensive leadership series aimed at achieving the following outcome: To equip participants with advanced professional development training that enhances their skills, expands their knowledge, and sharpens their strategic thinking. This training empowers participants to navigate complex challenges, make meaningful contributions, and foster a culture of innovation, belonging, and continuous growth within their workplaces, communities, and organizations. The Fourth Cohort will start at Ivy Tech Community College on August 1st, 2025. Note: These six one-day sessions will be held over a year, rotating between Ivy Tech Community College, University of Evansville, and University of Southern Indiana. Light breakfast, lunch and materials included. Registration Deadline: 7/15/2025

The Fundamentals of Nonprofit Management course is designed to assist participants’ understanding in the foundational components of a nonprofit.
How To Create Evaluation Processes and Procedures
This is created as a 4-part virtual workshop series to become a more data-informed organization. Participants have the ability to participate in the training subjects that interest you and your organization.
Excel Intermediate Workshop: Work Smarter with Data
Ready to level up? This workshop takes your Excel skills beyond the basics and focuses on tools that streamline your work and improve accuracy. You’ll learn how to manage larger data sets, use conditional formatting, work with multiple worksheets, and apply functions like IF, VLOOKUP, and COUNTIF. By the end, you’ll be able to make your spreadsheets more powerful and insightful, saving time and reducing errors in your day-to-day tasks. Key skills you’ll gain: Working with formulas for more complex calculations Linking and managing data across multiple sheets via 3D references, external references as well as using hyperlinks to link worksheets to other Microsoft office documents Using logical and lookup functions to extract insights Applying conditional formatting for quick data analysis Learn how to Nest functions with rounding your solutions & and/or/if Learn how to utilize Excel Tables to expedite formatting and perform calculations Learn how to filter your data via multiple tools This offering can be part of a 3 part series on Excel.
