Three years ago, Grow launched with a vision to equip nonprofit leaders, funders, educators, and community stakeholders with the tools they need to create lasting community impact. Today, we’re excited to share our first Growth Report, highlighting how that vision is becoming reality.
Since 2023, we’ve engaged 251 leaders from 127 organizations, provided more than 1,000 hours of cohort learning, curated 245+ capacity-building resources, and expanded access to actionable regional data through our SAVI-powered platform.
Inside the report, you’ll discover stories of organizations putting these resources into action—from HOLA securing a transformational grant, to the University of Southern Indiana preparing future nonprofit leaders, to the Evansville Vanderburgh Public Library using local data to better serve families across our region.
