Becoming a Data-Informed Organization

This is a 4-part virtual workshop series with the ability to participate in the training subjects that interest you and your organization. Participants will learn the 4 components of a data-informed organization, learning how to set up processes and structure, as well as the why behind using the data as an asset for program improvement, and external strategies shaping next steps instead of simply an obligation of compliance. Best practice approaches will be shared, gaining templates, and resources for practical use.
- EVALUATION 101 (September 27) – Key competencies and elements to introduce participants to evaluation concepts.
- HOW TO CREATE EVALUATION PROCESSES AND PROCEDURES (October 18) – Covering the importance of data systems and procedures and how to develop them.
- USING DATA TO INFORM PROGRAM IMPROVEMENT (November 8) – Focusing on helping participants understand how to use their data to inform program improvement
- BECOMING A DATA-INFORMED ORGANIZATION (December 13) – Helping participants understand the why behind using data so they can view data as an asset for shaping next steps instead of simply an obligation to remain compliant.
