Since its foundation in 2002 as a nonprofit organization, HOLA has been dedicated to fostering appreciation for cultural diversity and promoting the successful inclusion of Latinos in the community. In collaboration with Ivy Tech Community College, the University of Evansville, the University of Southern Indiana and the Evansville Regional Economic Partnership (E-REP), we developed a comprehensive leadership series aimed at achieving the following outcome: To equip participants with advanced professional development training that enhances their skills, expands their knowledge, and sharpens their strategic thinking. This training empowers participants to navigate complex challenges, make meaningful contributions, and foster a culture of innovation, belonging, and continuous growth within their workplaces, communities, and organizations. The Fourth Cohort will start at Ivy Tech Community College on August 1st, 2025. Note: These six one-day sessions will be held over a year, rotating between Ivy Tech Community College, University of Evansville, and University of Southern Indiana. Community Foundation Brown Bag Lunch: Leading as a Board Chair

Community foundation leaders come from a wide variety of backgrounds and experiences, and inevitably face new challenges leading this unique type of nonprofit. Join this series of casual lunchtime calls about leadership, featuring conversations with longtime community foundation CEOs and GIFT experts in the field. Each virtual session will highlight scenarios you may encounter and tips for building a team of leaders you can consult when faced with new challenges. More details will be available soon. Community Leadership Program

Servant leadership is ideology upon which Leadership Everyone was built. Each program offered by our staff is specifically designed to develop the servant leader that lies within each of the participants. Offering varying structures of the Community Leadership Program, Leadership Everyone wishes to help you find your servant leadership potential. With the guidance of our staff and the retrospective insight from class members, you will partake in an immersive experience. Effective Governance: Building a Collaborative Board Culture

The most successful nonprofit boards have a collaborative team culture, working as a governing team in partnership with the executive. The starting point for building this culture involves a shared understanding of the work and the line between management and governance. Participants will learn to create shared understandings of the principles of board membership and how to assess the success of their organization’s board. Working Genius Workshop Working Genius is a groundbreaking productivity model designed to help individuals identify their natural talents and thrive in their professional and personal lives. By understanding which types of work energize and fulfill them and which lead to frustration and disengagement, people can enhance their self-awareness, boost productivity, and achieve greater success. This model defines six core activities essential to any kind of work and offers a clear framework for how work gets accomplished. Many individuals feel unrecognized, underutilized, or stuck in roles that don’t align with their strengths, while teams often struggle with inefficiency and miscommunication. Working Genius transforms the way people approach work by helping them leverage their natural gifts, creating more engaged, effective, and successful teams. The brief 15-minute Working Genius assessment provides individuals (and teams) with valuable insights into their natural strengths and workplace frustration areas. Applying the team information in workshop facilitation brings these insights to life, fostering team cohesion, improving communication, and equipping members with strategies to maximize productivity.
