Servant leadership is ideology upon which Leadership Everyone was built. Each program offered by our staff is specifically designed to develop the servant leader that lies within each of the participants. Offering varying structures of the Community Leadership Program, Leadership Everyone wishes to help you find your servant leadership potential. With the guidance of our staff and the retrospective insight from class members, you will partake in an immersive experience. Since its foundation in 2002 as a nonprofit organization, HOLA has been dedicated to fostering appreciation for cultural diversity and promoting the successful inclusion of Latinos in the community. In collaboration with Ivy Tech Community College, the University of Evansville, the University of Southern Indiana and the Evansville Regional Economic Partnership (E-REP), we developed a comprehensive leadership series aimed at achieving the following outcome: To equip participants with advanced professional development training that enhances their skills, expands their knowledge, and sharpens their strategic thinking. This training empowers participants to navigate complex challenges, make meaningful contributions, and foster a culture of innovation, belonging, and continuous growth within their workplaces, communities, and organizations. The Fifth Cohort will start at Ivy Tech Community College on August 7th, 2026 Note: These six one-day sessions will be held over a year, rotating between Ivy Tech Community College, University of Evansville, and University of Southern Indiana. Light breakfast, lunch and materials included. Registration Deadline: 7/24/2026

Critical Thinking for Better Decisions

Strong decision-making begins with strong thinking. In today's fast-paced workplace, it's easy to rely on assumptions, react too quickly, or overlook the factors that lead to better outcomes. This interactive workshop will help you strengthen your critical thinking skills so you can make more informed, confident decisions when facing complex challenges. Participants will learn how to recognize the cognitive biases that can influence judgment, use a practical framework to uncover the root cause of workplace problems, and apply proven techniques to evaluate situations more effectively. Throughout the session, you'll work through real-world examples and leave with actionable strategies you can immediately apply in your own role. Learning Outcomes Identify cognitive biases and assumptions that commonly distort workplace decisions. Apply a structured method to diagnose the root cause of ambiguous problems instead of jumping to solutions. Reframe a current workplace challenge using the tools from the session and develop a concrete next step for moving forward. Dr. Timothy A.
