    Leaders play a critical role in ensuring that change is successfully implemented. This workshop will equip leaders with practical tools to understand the human side of change, communicate effectively, and strengthen team alignment with changes. By the end of this workshop, participants will be able to: Identify common reactions to change and the factors that drive resistance Apply practical frameworks for leading teams through changes Communicate change with greater confidence, clarity, and purpose Strengthen team engagement and support employees throughout the change process Dr. Timothy A. (Tad) Dickel serves as the Executive in Residence in Leadership and the Faculty Director of the Master of Science in Leadership program at the University of Evansville. In addition, he is the President of T.A. Dickel Group, LLC and serves as a leadership and strategy consultant for businesses, universities, and nonprofits.

Learn and engage with the best and most recent information on child well-being, to inform leaders, policymakers, youth workers, and advocates, like you, with go-to sources for critical data to create positive change for youth. Join us for the 2026 State of the Child presentation, the latest in youth well-being and how you can use data to create positive change for Indiana kids in your community. Learning Objectives Raise awareness of data related to the well-being of Indiana children. Provide access to high-quality, evidence-based data and best practices to increase the well-being of Indiana's children and youth through IYI.
