Strong decision-making begins with strong thinking. In today's fast-paced workplace, it's easy to rely on assumptions, react too quickly, or overlook the factors that lead to better outcomes. This interactive workshop will help you strengthen your critical thinking skills so you can make more informed, confident decisions when facing complex challenges. Participants will learn how to recognize the cognitive biases that can influence judgment, use a practical framework to uncover the root cause of workplace problems, and apply proven techniques to evaluate situations more effectively. Throughout the session, you'll work through real-world examples and leave with actionable strategies you can immediately apply in your own role. Learning Outcomes Identify cognitive biases and assumptions that commonly distort workplace decisions. Apply a structured method to diagnose the root cause of ambiguous problems instead of jumping to solutions.
