HOLA Professional Development Series
Since its foundation in 2002 as a nonprofit organization, HOLA has been dedicated to fostering appreciation for cultural diversity and promoting the successful inclusion of Latinos in the community. In collaboration with Ivy Tech Community College, the University of Evansville, the University of Southern Indiana and the Evansville Regional Economic Partnership (E-REP), we developed a comprehensive leadership series aimed at achieving the following outcome: To equip participants with advanced professional development training that enhances their skills, expands their knowledge, and sharpens their strategic thinking. This training empowers participants to navigate complex challenges, make meaningful contributions, and foster a culture of innovation, belonging, and continuous growth within their workplaces, communities, and organizations. The Fourth Cohort will start at Ivy Tech Community College on August 1st, 2025. Note: These six one-day sessions will be held over a year, rotating between Ivy Tech Community College, University of Evansville, and University of Southern Indiana. Light breakfast, lunch and materials included. Registration Deadline: 7/15/2025
Community Leadership Program
Servant leadership is ideology upon which Leadership Everyone was built. Each program offered by our staff is specifically designed to develop the servant leader that lies within each of the participants. Offering varying structures of the Community Leadership Program, Leadership Everyone wishes to help you find your servant leadership potential. With the guidance of our staff and the retrospective insight from class members, you will partake in an immersive experience. SAVI offers a vast collection of health, public safety, education, and many other demographic characteristics about Indiana communities, with emphasis on central and southwest Indiana counties. This workshop explores the many powerful tools and datasets available in SAVI. It also provides insights into how they can help you find, explore, and leverage these data to make informed decisions. WHO SHOULD ATTEND? This workshop is perfect for anyone that wants to learn about SAVI resources.
