    Changing How You Work with AI

    AI can do far more than answer questions. It can become a practical partner in the way you work every day. This interactive workshop is designed for professionals who have experimented with AI but want to move beyond occasional use to developing more effective, consistent work habits. Participants will examine their current workflows to identify where AI can save time, improve decision-making, reduce repetitive tasks, and enhance productivity. Through hands-on activities and real-world examples, you'll practice advanced prompting and delegation techniques that transform AI from a simple tool into an ongoing collaborative assistant. You'll leave with a personalized action plan to help you immediately apply what you've learned in your own workplace. By the end of this workshop, participants will be able to: Identify where AI is underutilized in their current workflow and recognize opportunities to improve efficiency. Apply practical prompting and delegation techniques to real workplace tasks, creating a more iterative and productive partnership with AI.     Since its foundation in 2002 as a nonprofit organization, HOLA has been dedicated to fostering appreciation for cultural diversity and promoting the successful inclusion of Latinos in the community. In collaboration with Ivy Tech Community College, the University of Evansville, the University of Southern Indiana and the Evansville Regional Economic Partnership (E-REP), we developed a comprehensive leadership series aimed at achieving the following outcome: To equip participants with advanced professional development training that enhances their skills, expands their knowledge, and sharpens their strategic thinking. This training empowers participants to navigate complex challenges, make meaningful contributions, and foster a culture of innovation, belonging, and continuous growth within their workplaces, communities, and organizations. The Fifth Cohort will start at Ivy Tech Community College on August 7th, 2026 Note: These six one-day sessions will be held over a year, rotating between Ivy Tech Community College, University of Evansville, and University of Southern Indiana.
