Free Training on Youth Resilience - learning from setbacks, adapting to changes, and growing stronger through difficult experiences. Resilience 101 Training is designed to help adults build resilience in youth. Facilitators will guide participants through learning modules using video, small group discussion, activities and demonstrations.
