This workshop will equip leaders with practical tools to understand the human side of change, communicate effectively, and strengthen team alignment with changes. By the end of this workshop, participants will be able to: Identify common reactions to change and the factors that drive resistance Apply practical frameworks for leading teams through changes Communicate change with greater confidence, clarity, and purpose Strengthen team engagement and support employees throughout the change process Dr. Timothy A. (Tad) Dickel serves as the Executive in Residence in Leadership and the Faculty Director of the Master of Science in Leadership program at the University of Evansville. In addition, he is the President of T.A. Dickel Group, LLC and serves as a leadership and strategy consultant for businesses, universities, and nonprofits.

At a pivotal moment for the nonprofit sector, the Center on Nonprofits and Philanthropy (CNP) at the Urban Institute will host the first in a series of 30th-anniversary convenings, beginning with an exploration of the rapidly evolving relationship between government and nonprofits.
