Dickel, PhD Leadership coaching is an effective approach to develop employees through customized development plans, setting expectations, providing regular feedback, and having one on one conversations. The goal of this program is to apply a coaching approach to leadership that will build up the capacity of managers and supervisors to improve the performance of their direct reports. This is created as a 4-part virtual workshop series to become a more data-informed organization. Participants have the ability to participate in the training subjects that interest you and your organization.
SAVI Super User 6-part data Literacy Series, Module 1A
Description of SAVI Super User Learning Series Participants will have the confidence to use SAVI and to provide limited technical assistance to others on the mechanics of SAVI, as well as the basics of data literacy, pitfalls, sense-making, storytelling, and informed decision-making. Who should attend? Ideal participants are those that are looking to have a more in-depth understanding of SAVI mechanics, basics of data literacy, pitfalls, sensemaking, storytelling and informed decision making. Useful knowledge before attending? Some experience working with data and familiarity with SAVI may be helpful. For those who wish to gain a deeper understanding of SAVI beforehand, attending a SAVI 101 session is highly recommended. All training offerings will be virtual.
